    All of the streetlights in the 600 block of West Addison are out. This creates a dangerous situation.

    The east bound traffic lane of Addison Street has a problem which is reoccurring. The pavement is beginning to sink on the west side of a manhole. Every time a bus, garbage truck, fire truck or other large vehicle hits this indentation, it causes our building to noticeably shake. This same problem was fixed 10 years ago by Alderman Shiller; but it has returned and is getting worse. Please have it remediated. I attach a few photos to illustrate the location of the problem.
