On the Onondaga side of this Fraternity the sidewalk is in pieces.

The celebration usually comes with red cups left everywhere.

There are a group of trees planted in an ellipse in the park. Near the toddler play ground there is one that is obviously diseased. It seems to have a patch of drooling fungus on the bark. The patch has a very strong odor. I'm sure a tree specialist could diagnose and treat this.

I can't see traffic coming from the East on Geddes at all. Even if I pull my car out into the street (almost.) Since the city is ripping up this street wouldn't it be timely to address this. The property owner has never cut down the trees or changed the slope. Why cannot the city?

The turn-around driveway at Burns Park adjacent to the brick building for park use and the Petonk court has very deep holes that collect four to six inches of water. Instead of filling these in with something there is one barrel light marker put beside one of these holes. Please fill.

Serious pot holes are affecting my car.

A 'Bird Bath' ten to fifteen feet in length that forces people out into yards or the road.

There is a long (20 foot) 'bird bath' on the sidewalk that is always ice or in summer a lake. Please elevate the slabs somehow.

Just past Aberdeen on Devnshire road. The speed bump is breaking up and may need some attention.

The two dogs who live in the white house at this address are a problem. They rush at the pedestrians and bark furiously. They seem untrained and unrestrained. They can be frightening.
