Please check storm drain located in the woods of Land Trust property. After all the recent rain, I’m sure it’s covered with debris.
Excessive amount of water was running in street during storms.

Extremely sagging lines over driveway. Reported in 11/2020 and again 2/2021. Shouldn’t take this long to resolve this issue. Can’t get high profile vehicles or moving trucks into driveway.

Storm drain at end of Ute & End of Pikes Peak inside trail head of Land Trust property needs to be cleared away. Private property. No one is maintaining. Drain located in woods. Continually gets stopped up with debris.

Storm drain cover blew off. Safety hazard. Needs to be flagged off until replaced!!

Overflowing drains along Greenleaf and Rockhill can’t handle the amount of water. Spilling over drains flooding into yard and about to flood our pool and house with muddy water for the 3rd time!!!
Something needs to be done!! City engineers and Public Works need to come up with a solution. We have to continually watch the radar and rain. And do our best to prevent our home from flooding.
At one time they discussed building a berm to reroute water to a different storm drain.
We need help from City!

Black dog on loose (Black lab mix). He is roaming neighborhood off Greenleaf and headed up toward Comanche. He is not friendly at all. Charges at you barking with tail tucked and aggressive.
Has collar with tags of some sort, hear them jingle. Couldn’t get close enough.

Debris filling up inlet of storm drain. Needs to be cleaned out. Before more homes in this neighborhood get flooded during hard rain.

Storm drain clogged up with leaves, sticks. We've already had the 2nd flood in this neighborhood. Everyone in neighborhood is awaiting the next big one.

Flooded again from Stonemark. Storm drains can’t handle the water from Stonemark. Retaining wall held this time, but the water is being re routed and still flooding this area.

Leaves clogging up drainage.

Drains in this area are packed with leaves and overflowing with heavy rains. Entire neighborhood on Mt Gap Trail, Chicamagua, Pawnee, Greenleaf. Everyone this morning driving through flooded roads. Need to take care of before another catastrophic event like the flood from Stone Mark last August.

2 street lights out corner of Mt Gap & Chicamagua Trail. On south end. Turn right off Mt Gap of coming from parkway. Very dark.

The oval - metal covering the water meter near street is sinking down into yard. Causing big hole in yard underneath.
Possible to move up the whole thing and fill in with dirt to keep it from sinking down again?

Street light at corner of Greenleaf and Rockhill is flickering and won't fully light up at night.

Yet again, this area is growing up and blocking cars vision to turn left onto Weatherly Road. Trees need to be cut back. Or cut all way back. This house on the corner isn't occupied or ever see any life going on there. But these trees along power lines are continually a visual problem time and time again. Hoping they can cut them all down to keep from having to repeat this issue every year.

Need a new recycle bin. Someone ran over ours this morning.

Insurance won't do anything. After the rains last night a retaining wall broke on Mathis Mountain. Back side of Stonemark. Entire street and homes got flooded. Street destroyed. Water broke our fence down Pool trashed with mud and debris. Back yard washed away. Downstairs den flooded. Neighbors basement has standing water. Insurance doesn't cover "ground water". Need city's help. Desperately!
