The intersection at US 1 and Olde Farm Rd is adjacent to Lexington High School. When I go through this intersection, I usually come from the west, and during school drop off/pick up students and parents turn right onto Olde Farm Rd utilizing a right turn lane. Now this isn't a problem when the light is green, but it can become dangerous when people turn right on red. This is possible when Olde Farm Rd is emptying, but when that ends the left turn lane from US 1 Westbound onto Olde Farm begins to go with a turn signal, and during that time one can't turn right on red. Considering there's high school students involved and they aren't the most experienced drivers, a no right turn signal while the left turn lane is running would hopefully help avoid some of the intersection's frequent accidents.
