    I often have to turn left heading on S. 3rd St. and find it disappointing that there isn't a left turn arrow. Given all the traffic that's traveling east during rush hour, it seems logical To have one.

    I have sat at this light upon exiting the 202 to go straight down the frontage road toward Costco and the mall no less than 5 to 7 minutes waiting for this light. Not sure how you changed it recently, but it seems as though it's extremely in efficient now and causes great frustration not just for myself but for many.

    It seems as if somebody ripped off the cover to a utility panel at the corner of Warner and Kyrene on the southwest side. All wires are exposed and can be tampered with.

    This light is extremely inefficient and causes excessive wait times. Especially considering the amount of traffic it manages. A blinking red light or four way stop would be preferred and more effective.

    When traveling either north or south on 24th St., there are no highway indicator signs for entrance at this intersection.

    When sitting at the light at Frye going left onto Kyrene, the sensor isn't working properly and causes excessive wait times. I literally watched someone have to get out of their car at the intersection and hit the pedestrian walk request button in order for the light to switch today.

    Waited for over four minutes with no traffic heading west on wild horse Pass turning left toward Rawhide. This should be a blinking yellow.

    It is standard practice when I pull up to this light, traveling either east or west on Cactus, to have dozens of cars waiting at the light with very little traffic traveling north/ south on Hayden. Please address.

    There have been multiple times that I have sat at this light for over five minutes with no traffic coming across Hayden waiting for this like to change. It is rather infuriating! It would be great if you fix this light so that it runs more efficiently and it's time to better with the surrounding lights, especially from Scottsdale Rd.
