Gandy Blvd And 94th Avenue Exit Saint Petersburg, Florida - St. Petersburg
The "NO TURN ON RED" sign at the light at the bottom of the 94th Avenue exit off of Gandy Blvd is causing backups back on to Gandy Blvd all the way back to the entrance ramp coming off of 275. This is extremely dangerous as people have no time to stop. The cars trying to exit Gandy Blvd on to 94th Avenue and the cars exiting 275 and merging on to Gandy Blvd are having to swerve to miss each other AND stop for the pileup caused by the "NO TURN ON RED" light at the bottom of the exit. Some one is going to get killed here. This is horrible planning as far too many cars use this exit.
  • 11803 104th St Largo, Florida - US Congressional District FL10
There is a young man who goes in to the field behind the Orange Lake Civic Center late at night (after 11:00 PM) and harrasses the animals that live in the water and the field. He chases and yells at the ducks and the water birds, and throws things and pokes sticks at anything that lives in the trees in the field or in the water of the canal. He also shines a heavy duty flashlight all around the surrounding houses and in to their back yards and all around the back of their houses, like he's either trying to peek in their windows or he's checking them out to see if they are home so he can rob them. I have also heard him threaten the dogs that live in the surrounding houses and even the people, telling them that he's killed someone one in that field, but made it look like a suicide. He is scary and acts deranged and most of the residents are unaware of what he's doing as he's always out very late at night or they are afraid (as I am) to make a police report as they feel he will reciprocate against them in some way. He's has already threatened to poison my dogs and do damage to my house and car and person if I called the police on him. He says that he carries a fishing pole so the police won't bother him as he can say he's fishing. What can we in the surrounding homes do to protect ourselves, the animals and the environment around us from this menace?
  • 8 Park Boulevard North Seminole, Florida - Seminole
The traffic signal at Seminole Blvd and Park Blvd, when headed south on Seminole but turning east on Park, the turn signal now comes after the green light for traffic going straight on Seminole, and the duration is far too short for the tons of cars trying to turn left on to Park. Only about 5 cars can get through and there are usually 20+ in the 2 left turn lanes at that time of day (8:30am). This is highly ineffective as it makes for too long a delay! Some people try going straight and making a u-turn instead, which is dangerous and the people who wait where they are supposed to end up having to wait through rotation after rotation of the left turn signal. Please fix this light! It's a very busy one!

While traveling south on Seminole Blvd and attempting to turn left on to Park Blvd, even though there were multiple cars in the left turn lanes, we did not get the arrow to turn for 2 rotations, resulting in long lines in the left turn lane. I saw this once last week and then again this morning.
