A woman, a bike and a mission...

There is a rather sizable pile of household debris that has been dumped on this empty lot. I can't be certain of the address so I used the address that is on the telephone pole in front of the lot. Anyone visiting this location will easily see the debris.

I actually don't think this is graffiti per se but something has happened to the stop sign and it needs to be repaired or replaced as the photo shows. It is located on E. Fairmount which is the NE corner of Fairmount and Belvedere.
