    Two vehicles in the 400 block of east Third have not been moved for some time. One appears to have expired tags. Is this not in violation of city ordinances?

    Abandon house is an eyesore and a home for a large number of feral cats. Needs to be torn down or at least boarded up.
    Issue has been reported to the new code officer hired by the City of St. John.
    UPDATE - City has been notified numerous times of the condition of this structure, owner has been located but still the city refuses to do anything about it.
