Two gas lamps in the 800 block of Tilden need their mantels serviced. 812 Tilden and 811 Tilden.

Three lights out on Monument (These are the 15-foot sidewalk lights):

Utility cover has broken and fallen into pipe. Dangerous open hole is a hazard to both vehicles and pedestrians. Other objects are now being thrown into the pipe. In alley behind 3234 Franklin, at Tilden, next to 809 Tilden.

Water meter is leaking badly. Flowing water running down alley and then down street to storm drain. Behind 3203/3205 Franklin.

Sign has been knocked off pole and needs to be remounted

The water meter cover in the middle of the alley has disintegrated and the meter opening is wide open. It is a dangerous situation for traffic and pedestrians

This abandoned and broken bike has been attached to this tree for over a year (visible on Google Street view from May 2014)

Billboard (approx 5' x 6') erected in front of apartment building in violation of city sign ordinance.

This orange barrel marks a small but deep sinkhole in the alleyway between Monument and Franklin. Most weeks the garbage trick drivers drove right over it. I know l they can avoid it,because they steer around it when I'm watching, but when I'm not they drive right over it.

Isn't a minimum requirement of the job to follow the same rules that the rest of us follow?

Will this sinkhole ever get repaired?

Traffic light rotated 90 degrees, pointing wrong direction. SE corner of Monument and Thompson.

In alley behind 3216 Franklin. Paved alleyway sinking directly over water line connection. Hole almost one foot deep and slowly growing over last month or so.
