These signs (one on opposite side of Bellrock) are only valid for work on 5/2. Please encourage the contractor to remove them.

The light at Medford Street and Canal will not turn. It stays green on Medford. I waited at least 5 minutes before going through the red. I'd suggest a quick fix before the morning commute! Thanks Sandra

Now that the snowy season is hopefully over please place the "yield for pedestrians in crosswalk" sign back. Despite being next to Malden PD, cars love to speed down Exchange Street. In the past 2 weeks I have seen many near pedestrian-auto accidents at this very busy crosswalk.

This isnt really missed trash pick up. It is a case of 39 Regent not using blue bags. This is an ongoing issue with this house. Please fine and/or educate them on how dispose of trash.

At the 4 way stop at Converse and Bellrock

Desktop/ tabketop was dumped a week ago.

This is at the lower end of wyllis on Malden side across from 90. It is a corner lot that intersects with Bell Rock. The sidewalk has not been cleared since the first storm on 2/2. I am sick on walking on the street.

The lower part of the Malden side of Wyllis Avenue needs sidewalk shoveling at the back of The Village Condos. The area belongs to the Village Green Condos since the sidewalk backs up to the tennis courts. The Property Mgt company has not shoveled since that first storm on 2/2. Over the last few weeks I have been calling and the Village Green number listed on line 781 322 7900 and it rings once and the line goes dead.
I encourage The City of Malden to follow up and fine the Development. There is no excuse for not taking care of their sidewalks weeks after the storm.

There are 4 to 5 orange cones in the road left after a pavement patching over the weekend at the corner of Bellrock and Perkins. Please remove so your colleagues can more easily plow and the cones won't be lost in the snow. Thanks for all you do. Stay safe.
