    Potholes along E 9th Street as you exit 880 N. going towards Fruitvale Avenue. Cars from the opposite direction are swerving to avoid the potholes. This causes a dangerous situation.

    There is always a pick up type truck selling fruit on E. 9th Street in the 3000 block under the 880 overpass which obstructs the road and makes drivers go into the other lane to get around it. As much as I support local farmers, this truck is in a bad place and needs to relocate as this is a huge safety issue in a very busy area (near the on/off 880).

    Several (3) parking meters are broken at telegraph and 45th across the street from Jack-in-the-Box. I lost money putting money in just to have the meter stop and go blank so I had to move my car to re-park it. Lcd screen went blank on one meter or was blank on another meter or third meter didn't accept/register my money.

    I put $.50 in 1 meter and it did not register at all the money got stuck. the same thing with another meter at Broadway and 29th outside of grocery outlet.

    Pothole on Harrison Street at 11th St. In Oakland. Drivers are all swerving to go around it in the left lane. Huge pothole.

    I was not able to put quarters in 2 meters at 34th/Webster Oakland and had to use my credit card. I lost like $1.50 total. The meter did not register that money was going in.
