    Dog part at TC Jester needs potty bags. It is always empty and the park is getting filled. We also need a trashcan inside- owner are leaving their full potty bags inside

    Dog park needs waste bags
    I have come here for months and there are never dog waste bags. The container is always empty.

    Also, the trash can is outside so everyone leaves their waste bags in the park. It will be good if we could move the trash cans inside.

    The horse has no water or food. He is so skinny you can see all its bones, especially ribs. He can barely move and looks very weak.
