No License Plate, abandoned vehicle on an empty lot. Brown rusty old Cadillac with used tires all around it. Grass grows up around it and it's an eyesore to the neighborhood and attracts snakes and rodents.

We travel from the 300 block of Poplar to the 1100 block of Wake Forest Rd daily taking our kids to school. The overgrown bushes on the left make it nearly impossible to turn left onto Wake Forest Rd from Poplar street! I fear every time we get to this turn that fast oncoming traffic from Wake Forest Rd will hit my car full of kids! Please advise neighbors to cut these bushes down!!! It obstructs views on a very busy road!!!

I am so tired of reporting this house, and after 3 years NOTHING sustainable has been done. The same issues continue to persist. The grass and bushes are overgrown. Un-secured front and back doors allow homeless men to enter and exit this house as they please. Half the time they camp out on the front porch! The high grass on the front lawn is also an invite for snakes and rodents. This home is a complete nuisance to our neighborhood, is a safety risk to its neighbors (homeless often build fires at night to stay warm and have burned down entire structures on our street that way in the past), and this home is an embarrassment to downtown Raleigh. Please City of Raleigh, act.
