    Abondoned vehicle was reported back in September and still remains on side yard of 315 W. 26th (which is a condemned house). Nissan Altima VHH-4404. Front side window remains open and seems dangerous for vehicle to still be left here (squatters, animals etc). Thank you for your help in this problem.

    There is an ongoing issue of these pitbulls which are kept outside almost everyday all day. Dogs have been known to escape out of their makeshift "cage" in their unfenced backyard. The real issue at hand is the excessive barking/noise these dogs create at all hours of the night. I'm not one to complain but I'm tired of hearing these dogs barking at 8am, 1pm, 4pm, 7pm, 1am, 2am, etc! It's ridiculous!! I've seen anywhere from 1 to 5 pitbulls in this backyard on any given day.
