    Going East on 10th and turning North onto Lincoln. There are no painted turning lines causing drivers to have daily near misses with westbound 10th turning southbound Lincoln. Drivers turning northbound from eastbound Lincoln have properly marked traffic lines and it appears the opposing lines are marked to interfere with an imaginary east/north route.

    Also the light is 2 minutes long and even when no opposing traffic it will not give a secondary light to trigger.

    The missing turning markings is a dangerous situation and I have seen cars accidently turn north into the southbound Lincoln lanes (its a long ways across before you can turn left and when trying to miss opposing cars evasive actions require cars to turn illegally into southbound lanes, or stop in intersection).

    Around 6pm wordays northbound Lincoln is soaked from sprinklers facing into traffic lanes or broken. It appears it could either be city owned median sprinklers in between north/south Lincoln or private owned property sprinklers on east side. Its dangerous and wasteful.

    Blinking school light obscured by tree branches. Location is the northern part of this school zone and driving south on Council you cannot see blinking yellow light due to tree branches overgrown.

    Needs repaired where an old repair patch meets the original road, the south section. Old repair is a large square patch extending across road. The original road section dips down the width of road at the end of old repair patch. Its like an inverse speed bump.

    2 Potholes in right/southbound lane of I-235S as you are coming around curve right before the entrance ramp from 50th street. One in left part of lane and about 20 feet past the other is in right part of lane.

    Newly installed stop sign (east bound) is causing traffic to back up all the way on I-235 South 23rd street bridge. The stop and go backs traffic up and doesn't allow proper flow turning left at 10st street light. Since fewer cars can turn left at light this backs traffic all the back to i-235 thus creating a safety hazard with cars going 0 and others zipping by at 60. There is no southbound traffic at Walnut north of 10th, thus no need for a stop sign.

    Road lane paint missing. Getting off 235 southbound at 10th street light. There are 3 lanes. Far left lane is left turn only. Middle lane is optional turn left or go straight. In the intersection the road lane paint does not show the 2 left turning lanes and most days the far left lane drivers while turning left onto 10th eastbound go over to the other left turning lane. There are dashes painted which makes it appear the middle lane is to only go straight even though prior to the intersection the middle lane has arrors showing option to turn left or go straight. Due to missing paint the far left lane drivers are cutting off others. Also, the hanging lights need to show options but there are none.
