many potholes ruts and broken pavement on ellsworth av at chapel st intersection that is the worst but from derby av to chapel on ellsworth is all in need of much patching or a complete repave 1 block from firehouse so gets a lot of heavy traffic from heavy fire truck traffic (Thanks to our wonderful first responders seriously you all are great but always on the run to help our citizens ) please fix our street other parts of ellsworth need patching as well but near chapel is the worst....

tenants not putting the trash and recycling toters out to the curb then trash piles up in the back yard and blows around the neighborhood

Trash is not being put out for collection by most tenants containers are all full in back of house and more bags are collectiong in the yard and being ripped open by animals landlord needs to intervene

the lawn is almost 2 feet tall not cut since last summer trash thrown around front back and side yards old furniture collecting in back yard drawing animals racoons,skunks,possums property was sold 2 monthes ago new owners are as bad as old owners absentee company Called LCI more than once nothing has been done

city plows plowed in handicapped parking in front of 345 ellsworth av please plow out the street parking as most parking
is either plowed in or residents never moved their cars on odd side and city doesn't enforce the parking ban for snow storms so when that happens plows cant plow properly ....please do what you can even a smaller bobcat snow mover might help thanks

Why are the streets like chapl street college street to ella grasso blvd and ellsworth av whalley to goffe not being plowed properly chapel st only has one clear lane and ellsworth a two way street has only one clear lane and a second lane that could break an axle on a car with its large ruts?????????????

3rd day after the last snowstorm odd side of the street on ellsworth av between whalley and goffe still not plowed or sanded or salted DID THE CITY PLOW CREW FORGET US
Its snowing again now sunday morning hope the plows can find us today or don't come looking for our votes for reelection later

The lawn at 349 ellsworth has not been cut in over 2 months its about 2 feet tall and is becomming a dumping ground for trash and landlord pike international does not care until the city fines them LCI please get after them before it drags down the neighbors around here who do care and do keep up their properties thank you

problem: City proposal to remove fire engine from its home in ellsworth av firehouse this part of the city has already lost the ladder truck from the westville station years ago and engine 3 and rescue unit from the webster st firehouse ..we need to add a rescue ambulance to webster st or ellsworth and not remove an engine. 2 person ambulance crews are not capable of handling . many med calls and need many extra hands on a call not less help.not to mention fire safety....

The lawn is over 18 inches high never cut yet this spring... mY lawn is soon to be cut for the 4th time,,,,,,,,,,,,,,please notify them they had a maint crew for a look see and finally cleaned up trash a week ago after an 8 month wait that was a week ago and the company didn't send a landscaping crew after I spoke to them about it in person..pike as a landlord is a frequent violator Small children could get lost in their lawn or wildlife could live in it ,,,,,,,,,,,the fact that they as a landlord really don't care speaks volumes please stay on their case

months after calling LCI piles of trash are still present in the rear
and side yard of 349 ellsworth and many calls to landlords PIKE INternational seem to be ignored there are several recycle bins full of trash in the rear yard and public works wont take them and they are now surrounded by trash and other debris PLease do something some of this trash was there all of last winter...............DO something NOW

there ar too few trash and recycling bins at 349 ellsworth which has led to piles of trash inthe back and side yards the trash haulers usually won't take trash if not in the proper containers so trash piles up for months landlords pike inyernational has been contacted and doesn't do anything..
