Trash & Debris not in the street Archived413 S Fairview Lansing, Michigan - LansingSeveral trash bags have been thrown behind the house and have been there a few weeks. This tenant refuses to get trash service so this is where the garbage ends up. They have all been placed in unused city of Lansing recycle bins with the lids open and overflowing with garbage. Thank you for your attention on this as the landlord has chosen to be absent for this property.

411 S Fairview Ave Lansing, Michigan - LansingThe storm drain behind 411 s Fairview in the alley is clogged and floods into my garage every time it rains. This is an ongoing issue and is even worse with this weeks rainfall. Cars can not pass through this section and I do not have access to my driveway as its shared and the tenant who rents at 413 has a disabled vehicle that they will not move blocking the front of the driveway. This causes me to park in the street overnight. I'm concerned about my garage since it is made of wood also the constant standing water and flooding when it rains.
