There's a large, (90 foot tall) dead tree at the corner of Olive/Grove/William Streets that will cause serious harm if it cracks/falls before the city gets around to taking it down safely. There's a school bus stop here, lots of traffic, two multi-family homes, close proximity to Amtrak power lines and entangled residential power lines. UI is aware. Smaller branches have already caused property damage. The tree was marked for demolition fall 2017, but the city says they have no time frame for when this dangerous tree will be taken down. It will be a very serious, life threatening accident if the tree comes down on its own. It's the city's tree, not on our private property, but it's right in front of our house and right on the corner.

Large elm tree has already lost all leaves, weeks ago, and appears in distress. It would cause a lot of damage if branches fell on wires or passing cars or nearby houses.
