Thanks for all the feedback. Perhaps when the Board of Alders reviews Bulk Trash pick up processes and fee it will be beneficial for them to read. We at DPW appreciate the ideas and will review them but ultimately the Board of Alders decided on the fee. True that several neighborhoods have done community clean up days throughout the year and those have helped eliminate some of the usual dumping in their neighborhoods. Thanks again.
We received your issue and will address it as soon as we can. Thanks for reporting.
We tried that approach originally but it caused more confusion internally. We'll reopen and take another look. If you can narrow the range on Wintergreen or provide a specific location it will help. We did fill some potholes on the road and assigned Wintergreen Avenue to "localized repair" because road needs work beyond filling potholes. We will continue to fill potholes until repair can be done.
Issue has been addressed and is resolved. If you need to report another issue please submit to See Click Fix or call Department of Public Works at (203) 946 - 7700. Thanks.

Concrete sidewalks heavily cracked. We will patch as needed but location is assigned to Permanent Repair Related to Major Project.
Inspected. Concrete sidewalk good condition. Minor lifting tree roots. Schedule grinding.
Potholes patched. Issue closed. Thanks for reporting.
Probably missed with us focusing on snow issues and plowing that week. Union Ave was on the list for potholes after winter so potholes were filled on the street. If your pothole wasn't filled or has reopened, please report as a new issue. Thanks
