    There are approximately 30 potholes along the entire 1 block of the 4900 block of Augusta Ave. From the intersection Of staples mill and Augusta to he intersection of Augusta and willow lawn mall. This is a cut through for golds gym and about 1500 cars a day drive through here. The street is a mess and the entire street needs repaving.

    Alley way in between 4800 block of east and west seminary ave 23227 is so full of potholes it is practically undriveable. This has been requested for over a year to be regraded.

    1425 Westbrook st. A huge pothole is developing in a poorly patched area that was recently dug up with a bunch of other construction on the street. This is located where there is a divider in the street that makes this hole unavoidable. Please have the crew that patches this come back to patch it again and there are seven other Potholes developing within a three block distance of this hole.

    On the even-numbered side of the street of the 4800 block of E. Seminary Ave. there was a leaf cleaning that was supposed to happen signs were up for it and then signs got taken down for it but the street was never cleaned of its leaves. This was about a month ago. The signs were up for lease cleaning and then the signs disappeared with no cleaning. I wonder if the city workers reported that it was done anyway? This is strange in that the odd side of the street was in fact cleaned.

    On the newly paved Westbrook Street on the corner of Westbrook and Brook there is a huge square pot hole the size of a tire. There is another pothole several feet away from this one as well. I will reserve my comments about the crappy paving job on the entire street.

    There are significant Potholes And rifts in the center of the intersection of staples Mill and Broad Street. it is obvious that the city has done paving on one side of the intersection and the county has done paving on the other side of the intersection but nobody has claimed responsibility for the actual intersection. I have contacted the department of transportation who indicated that the intersection is the jurisdiction of the city of Richmond.
