    City came by last week and cleaned one side of road (the ODD number side) and never cleaned the even side. I got all my cars off the road for two days as did all my neighbors as we didn't want a 100$ fine (there were no signs up on either side that I could see). So either the city was good with a half A job or there was extreme prejudice about my side of the street. This has happened all summer long and I brought it to attention of the street cleaning supervisor in emails and in telephone message. I mean if they are not going to clean my side then it's fair that I can park my cars without threat of 100$ fine. City let me know which way you want it.

    Drain has filter on which was left by workers who put in high pressure gas lines. I fear that during winter storms it will affect water removal.

    Tree is dead and branches and bark are falling. Tree is a hazard to public. Anybody walking could be injured. City is liable.

    The Marvelwood Dr side of this property is a mess! The leaves have been accumulating since the fall and now trash is building up as passing drivers throw empty liquor and soda bottles on the messy sidewalk. I believe the mess brings down property values and is an eyesore for sure! The property is for sale by Reality Associates

    The pole lamp cycles on and off. It is probably on for 25 sec and then cycles off. All the other lamps in the area stay on so this one clearly needs to be fixed. This area has had some home break-ins so it would be good to have it repaired.
