Officers have received a complaint on this house. The complaint states that homeless are sleeping in the backyard. I checked it one week ago and there was evidence of homeless living in the backyard such as mattresses clothing and other items commonly used by homeless people. I also spoke with people living inside the structure it appear they had electricity but I'm not sure that they had running water or sewer. All the windows are boarded up so if a fire occurred there would be no way to exit the house. The house does not appear to be safe for human habitation at this time.
