Marsh avenue is used as a shortcut between Route 125 and North Avenue. People use it as an alternate to Plaistow. There are no speed limit signs posted and cars speed up and down constantly. Especially the cars coming downhill from North Ave. There is one sign "Caution Handicappped Person" and cars have total disregard for it. Not to mention all of the young children in the neighborhood. It would be greatly appreciated if this could be looked into. Thank you.
