Ongoing homeless encampments. Also attracts visits from skate park residents, which I would have to guess is drug related. This is not a safe environment for the us residents, nor the youths at the skate park.

This is right in front of the skate park. Homeless encampment with kids skating around. Not a good environment for these kids at all.
