    Overgrown weeds, snakes and other animals in this un built lot. Has been like this since Nov 13. Children playing on the street have seen large snakes coming out of the growth. Please make them do something about this.

    We really need a kids at play sign in our neighborhood. Cars constantly speed down the hill and do not stop at the stop signs. There are generally 5 to 10 children at play outside on any given day. A sign would hopefully make people slow down and pay attention. A sign on Chipstone as they come down the hill would be perfect.

    Amigo Taxi is using a house in our neighborhood to repair all there taxis. Cars are parked in the street sometimes blocking traffic. They repair them late at night, seemingly to avoid city inspectors. I hate seeing five taxis with there hoods popped every time I go to have a smoke outside at night.
