    In the morning and afternoon there is way too much traffic coming out of the high school student lot. They need to either move the lot access to Joseph Street or put in lights and crosswalks along Blue Streak Blvd (at Circular, West Ave, and the lot entrance). This would make it easier for people using the bike racks and pedestrians. Besides, it's never good to have too many horrible teenage drivers in the same place at once. They often nearly cause accidents.
