    The temporary sidewalk surface around a storm gutter has been sinking. Last week the crew came out to fill with more temporary blacktop. Already the sidewalk sank again. The pavement has buckled and someone could turn an ankle. Could you fix or paint the sinkhole so people will see it?

    It's on the east side of the street by #21. Thank you.
