Trash is being picked up. Despite the owner not paying taxes they still have trash service. That is not the issue. The house is in probate. The house is tenant occupied while in probate. The renters are a nuisance to the rest of the homeowners on the street. The yard is cluttered with vehicles , utility trailers and old furniture and appliances. There are cars from people who do not live there coming and going all the time. People loiter in the driveway at odd hours. Cars are up on blocks and being repaired in the driveway. THIS HOUSE KILLS MY PROPERTY VALUE. IT NEGATIVELY AFFECTS MY QUALITY OF LIFE. IT MAKES ME FEEL UNSAFE. I will not tolerate this. I have no control in the situation and a at the mercy of "probate". I have made calls to the county but I'm told to wait for probate. Please finally do something.
