Sick_of_trash

Not sure if this belongs on here but a neighboring building at the apartment and address in the post is where its happening. Any way they have like 10 plus people living in a single person swelling. When i talked with code enforcement they told me that only one person or at most two peopl as a cpl could dwell there. The tenent has fights and people urinating on my lawn and in there own back yard. They abuse alcohol and a menace to society and people around them. The police are always there but nothig seems to be changing . Please help. Or point me in the right direction. Also have called the landlord to said property he assured me that they were being evicted and should be gone before 1/01/2015 its now febuary and still nothing .

This is what i wake up to almpst every morning or i hear them arguing every night. Lanlord , cops, no one will make them leave. Me and my husband have full time jobs and never sleep. I am just at a loss and so tired i dont know what to do :(

Shopping carts with trash in them on porch and side of building

People living nextdoor have shopping carts all over the back yard usually two or three at a time and the porch is cluttered and trash is all over front yard and out back due to them and the all the company they have. I have more pics if needed
