    People park illegally in the no parking zones outside 4121 Wilson all the time. As you can see, this blocks all view of fast oncoming traffic as you exit the garage. I have already been in 1 accident as a result.

    There are no left turn arrows or lanes at this intersection. Traffic can get really backed up, mainly by Costco traffic turning from 15th and oncoming drivers blocking the intersection. It would greatly facilitate flow to put in a light with a left turn arrow.
