    Issue 1:Alley way has a rat infestation problem. Every night I see 12+ rats in the alley.

    Issue 2: homeless and the inconsiderate use our alley way as a dumping ground for peeing and crapping (literally) also trash and other household items they want to get rid of.

    Issue 3: half the alley way is private the other half is public. Right at the dividing line there are several wooden pallets always scattered about and wood chips are all over the place... This has been going on for 7 yrs that I've been living in my condo on this alley way (321 Langton st)
