    Someone ran over the signs and they need fixing. The street sign is in a crumpled mess on the ground but the stop sign is still standing at a pretty extreme angle.

    All of the streets in the neighborhood are still covered in snow, and it's now packed and icy. This intersection is especially icy and some people don't even try to stop or just slide on through.
