Graffiti on sidewalk in front of 1145 jackson st

There were three trees in the median at 2198 funston that the city marked as diseased and scheduled for removal. However, when the third party contractor came to remove the trees, they only removed two and forgot to remove the third X-ed out tree, as seen in the photo.

This is on the retaining wall that is city maintained at the end of the cul de sac at the 2100 block of funston ave. Also the white graffiti on the panel adjacent to the picture was rectified this past week but not completely covered, as the bottom 6 inches of graffiti is still visible.

This median is in the middle of the street of the Funston Ave Cul-de-Sac at the 2100 block of Funston Ave. The median is a city maintained median..... It has been at least 2 years since the median was weeded and mulched --- now it is very much overgrown and needs weeding and mulching. Thank you.
