    The light post between the RR track and Cedar, South side of Michigan has one light out and the other lamp canister is precariously tilted over the sidewalk. This seems to be an item to check on for safety. It's attached, now.

    East bound St Joe, East of the Cemetery, near the river, there's a twenty-yard stretch of road. This area is jolting several cars as they pass over the area. Drivers appear to take matters to spare their vehicles, themselves, and passengers by steering away from the most severe portions. Drivers are observed encroaching neighboring lanes of traffic. not only is this activity unsafe being in two lanes, but also could be alarming to drivers around the offending vehicle causing a vicious swerve. I've been concerned as this condition continues to worsen.

    Attention to this stretch of road is needed for safety reasons.

    One light is out which normally lights the area under I-496 for North bound S Cedar. The light is on the East wall, in the middle of three lights. An added comment would clarify whether it was the North or South set of lights.

    The two light poles overhang and normally light up the Northern lanes of I-496 just East of MLK. These lights were out this morning. All other lights were on in the area.

    St Joe Hwy East of Canal and West of Creyts has a spot in the road which needs attention. There's a couple of dips that have a harmonic effect on cars bouncing over.

    Graffiti is along a large portion of the bridge support pillar. Visible from the River Trail. Look at the East side of the East pillar. The pillar is in the water's edge.

    The SE square of the dock currently has an unsafe slope toward the river. I'm concerned that injury could be easily incurred by anyone attempting to stand on this portion which looks to be about 8ft by 8ft square.
