There is a Construction site for building on corner of 9th and D st NE. The violation occur on south side of D st NE, and the east side of 9th st NE. There are no “No emergency No parking/construction staging” permits of any kind on display, and they do not appear in the TOPS system. There is a roll off dumpster on site with no permits on display, located partially in a no parking zone. They also fence off and use cones to save public parking areas 24 hours a day, again displaying no public space permits. Contractor working on the building park personal vehicles in the areas coned off during work hours. They often partially block bike lane with cones and barrels to allow for contractors to park there. They also haphazardly store construction materials and debris in public parking spaces.
