    There is standing water around the property, and it has been there for months. Workers come every now and again to fix superficial issues such as windows broken out, but overall, it looks unsafe. Is there anything that can be done about it? It has not been fixed from the damage sustained by the tornado last April. There is also a car parked in the back yard that may be abandoned.
