    The owner of this property was forced by COV to demolish and rebuild his adjoining property in 2014.

    This property has been an eyesore and hazard in our neighborhood for Eight Years, but because he is a contractor and land owner he has been given special permission to effect all sorrounding properties without any repercussions.

    When will the corruption at COV have consequences for their alleged preferential tratment of Multi-Millionaires versus ordinary citizens?

    I am not holding my breath but will be posting about this on social media.

    This property owner allowed squatters/criminals to reside in this garage for over a year. They were a plague to our neighborhood in many ways. The garage is located in Garford Alley.

    Then they burned down the garage. The property has not changed since the fire which was last July (approximate).

    Please force this owner to tear down and clean up the area.

Today I witnessed an assault on this squatter by known felon/conspirator who was arrested today in Vallejo Heritage. This house needs to be secured and illegal activity removed. thank you.

    Three months ago i drove up Hudson Alley towards
    Sonoma Blvd and I saw some work being done on this property in the interior.

    I got out of my suv and said to the gjuy in the back of the house, thanks for trying to get something done for our community.

    The gentleman was of Chinese Heritage and appeared not to understand what I was saying.. i then said (sshe sshee) "thank you."...I had thought he looked at me like this guy is a troublemaker..mmmmm

    Then i saw a homeless encampment on the steps of this property for two weeks AND ACTUALLY they had a tarp over the properties steps as a sunshade and privacy device.....that's all I know but the property looks the same as it did five years ago and is a BLIGHT ON OUR NEIGHBORHOOD.

    I suggest to all neighbors, please contact the city regarding this property....and others.....seeclickfix.com.

    This is not an isolated event. These tenants are getting worse and worse at this type of illegal dumping. I sure hope that there is some type of penalty in terms of a fine to discourage future transgressions.
