Flipped it over, it has a keypad, so it might be a safe? Because it's an unusual item, I also called it in to SPD.

Fallen City Tree or Limb Archived75 Willson St Salem, MA 01970, USA - City of Salem
The first image shows a tree across the very beginning of Salem Woods' yellow trail when you enter at the golf course. It has fallen low enough that walkers must duck. Chainsaw required to remove.
Please do not remove the second tree, shown in the second photo with a yellow blaze on it; its position is stable. However there are smaller branches to the left side of the trail, next to this tree, which pose a dangerous poking hazard and must be cut back. Thank you.

Fallen City Tree or Limb Archived1st St Salem, MA, 01970, USA - City of SalemOn 1st St., almost at Swampscott Rd. roundabout. Tree or large limb down, obscuring sidewalk, extending to shoulder of road. I think this is past the boundary of Home Depot's property; I think it may be city property.

Shrubbery overgrowth Archived50 Traders Way Salem, Massachusetts, 01970 - City of Salem
This is my annual summer post in which I ask Home Depot to please clear their sidewalk, not just the portion where the nice grass grows by their driveway, but ALL THE WAY to the light at First Street, which is also their property, so the sidewalk is useable. Residents are currently stepping into busy Traders Way to get past the shrubs.
You usually send the private property owner a letter asking them to adhere to city ordinance. This is at least my fifth summer making this exact request (in fact the photo is from last year). At what point might a fine be imposed?
