    I went to the Homeland Security site to sign up for Code Red or other alerts for Richmond City -- Richmond appears to be one of the rare cities that does not have an alert system in place. Nor is Richmond on the Integrated Public Alert & Warning System Authorities Why is that? What is the plan for the future?

    Several of us have asked that sidewalks on Somerset and Henri between Howard and bay be repaired. They are dangerous, especially for the seniors who try to walk. Please find out what, if any, the schedule is. Thank you
