There is an ongoing very large pothole on the eastern edge of Main Street and Franklin. The pothole is on the Dandi-Lyons side of Franklin as you travel east on Franklin and has been repeatedly patched all winter. However, nothing that has been done has resolved the issue. It is still a significant hazard and needs a permanent fix.

Franklin St And Grove St. Reading, Massachusetts - Reading
The utility pole on Grove St. at the very end of Franklin St. continues to bend at dramatic angles due to heavy weight of utility lines. This pole is severely overstressed and needs to be replaced to avoid a significant loss of power. It is very dangerous.

Driveway apron has completely broken up. It has been bermed by the town before to prevent water coming down Forest St. from rushing into my driveway. Needs to be repaved with a slight berm to channel water along Grove St. to the catch basins.

On Franklin St...Pole # RMLD J52 near intersection of Dividence Rd. and pole # RMLD 27-50 near Terrace Park have second dmaged poles either hanging or strapped to new poles. These second poles have been in place for over 7 years waiting for them to be removed. Why does it take so long for RMLD to take action on these problems? Are they on lists for action this century? One of the older poles is in danger of collapsing and the other is hanging u in the air.

At the electric pole between 243 and 245 Franklin St. there is a very large tree limb that has fallen from a truck on Franklin St. Someone placed it on the tree lawn and it is to heavy for me to lift and carry to the compost center. It needs to be removed.

On Franklin st in the vicinity of Kurchian Lane, there are two "Blind Person Area" signs...one East bound and one West bound. I believe the person for whom these signs were erected has long since died and their house actually demolished & rebuilt. The signs need to be removed unless there is a some other reason.
