    Speed notification trailer set up on 200 block of Shasta today but it was not turned on. Cars continue to speed up and down using street as bypass between 2nd & 3rd Streets!!! Why is it even there if they don't turn it on to show the speedsters what they are doing?

    Diving north on 3rd St and turning right onto H Street, on the corner there is a very big rectangle deep pothole that can cause tire damage. Needs repair please.
