    There is a tree at this location (and others in a three-block radius) with big limbs that hang quite low over the street. The tree is very pretty but we are concerned that the low hanging limbs could impede tall emergency vehicles like fire trucks. Do those limbs need to be cut and who is responsible for doing so?
