    Obscured Pedestrian Crosswalk Signal - barely visible behind the pole. Do you see it lit up for WALK in the upper right corner of the attached photo, barely peeking out? Why even bother installing this? It's completely useless in its current position. Great use of taxpayer money.

    Street is crumbling around exposed metal ribs under the road. Use caution when driving over - very uneven surface here with some deep holes.

    The light directing traffic coming from Ellwood Ave onto Thompson St is spun 90-degrees and now faces traffic coming from N. Thompson. So it shows green/yellow (see picture - traffic light adjacent to Ellwood Thompson's sign) in that direction when all other lanes from that direction are red.

    Surface of the entire street coming into Manchester on W. Commerce Road via the Manchester Bridge looks a lot like the lunar surface -- pockmarked, craters, rough, and extremely bumpy drive. May need to get your car realigned after visiting beautiful Manchester!
