Parkway was opened with heavy equipment, closed up with a promise that a crew would come by to replant the damaged grass. That was over a month ago and there has been no action taken to restore this previously green area. The work, laying fiber-0ptic cable, was done by CAMCO Construction, Joliet USDOT 597174, I assume a subcontractor for the City.

A month ago a crew came in and placed fiber-optic cable beneath the entire 55-56th st block of Kimbark. They promised that our concrete would be replaced (including adjacent paver squares to where they drilled that were damaged by heavy equipment). They are long gone and nothing has been done to fix the dangerous openings in our sidewalk.

Until yesterday. A crew came by and put TARMAC down in the middle of the pedestrian walkway (toxic materials?) - where children play. When will we get freshly poured concrete and who do we contact to get assurance that this will be taken care of? I'm told that this problem exists on Kimbark from 53rd St to 57th st.

This situation is deteriorating quickly - it has gotten measurably worse in the past few days. School busses regularly pass over these holes as do large construction vehicles.

The tarmac between Kimbark & Kenwood is in total disrepair At least twenty potholes are there that threaten axels and produce flat tires. School (Ray Elementary )busses travel this street 2xs per day Serious situation For unexplainable reasons, a crew came by about a week ago and repaired Kimbark between 55th and 56th St. But nobody bothered to look to the east at the situation on 56 street, which is far more serious than that on Kimbark.-. .

Light Has been out since Mae has been reported multiple times. Pole across the alley on Kenwood has been declared in working order but the Paul directly in front of garage number nine is still out of order. Please! This needs to be fixed.

While fixing alley llight out behind 5543 S Kimbark, please remove sneakers hanging on overhead wires behind 5541 South Kimbark.

Pole light lens cover @ 1322 E 56th St fixed 13 days ago is once again flapping in the wind. If it breaks off in a wind gust could become dangerous to pedestrians or passing auto.

Cover on light at the east/south corner of 56 th st Kimbark/Kenwood alley is flapping about - in a strong wind it will become a projectile.

Multiple requests to have this fixed have been ignored. Photo shows number of light pole in the 55/56 st (e/w)& Kimbark/Kenwood (n/s) alley above the hole. Pole # is 664 02 01. Hole grows increasingly larger.
