The traffic going south on Ella T Grasso Blvd at this intersection has a red light from time to time. Since it is illegal for anyone to turn into the lanes of people going straight, I'm not sure why these lights were even installed.

i saw a couple leaving furniture outside a house. i am making this because several times someone left garbage outside of my house and because no one reported it, i had to remove it.

i have several pictures of who moved what from where but because this may not be illegal (the owner gave permission, ect) they will not be posted unless i am informed that this is actually an issue.

it looks like the cable that holds the telephone pole in place broke off the tree it was connected to.

While school is letting out, the buses cause a massive traffic jam on fountain street. Would it be possible to put in a divider between the street and the school making somewhat of a "bus-way"? what about making a street just for the use of the buses?

The white cross signal does not work but the rest of the signals appear to function properly.

This garbage has been there for some time in spite of our personal requests to have it removed.

there are 3 holes that appear to be deepening on this street. they have been patched but you can tell by looking at the street that its starting to cave in by just by the way the street is cracking.

In this area (i think on this street but i'm unsure) there were several dangling limbs that came pretty close to touching my vehicle as i drove through.

Its nice to have a garden for food but it would be nice if it looked good instead of overgrowing onto the neighbor's houses.
