The vehicle and pedestrian accident at 1400 Raleigh Boulevard does not surprise me. Not only are there few places to cross the street, but the 35mph limit is a joke! So many are flying at about 50mph! Speed enforcement is lax but perhaps that is reflective of the lack of complaints. More speed limit signs and regular radar would really help. Officers could rack up a ton of tickets in one day!
