    a large chunk of park avenue (across the playdium/laundromat) between Ontario & Partridge is overgrown -- same as last year (if this goes on much longer it will be increasingly difficult to manage). I am not sure if this property is owned privately or if the city has historically taken care of it.... the sidewalk will be nearly impassable soon.

    There are jagged pieces of metal that jut out of the curb. I just hit one of those pieces of metal, gashing my car tire (2nd time this has happened to me in the last year, as I always try to hug the curb to keep my mirrors as safe as possible). I literallly said to myself "oh wait, this is THAT spot as I was scraping it.... " too late -- got out of the car and my tire is now audibly hissing..... :(.
