the normally locked gated door is broken open and there is garbage dumped inside the gated area. blanket or sleeping bag.

Used wooden boards with nails sticking out are dumped on the dyke. Maybe from repairing walkways beside the playground?

Someone has set up a tent and living area along with garbage and multiple bikes. Please investigate and clean up. It's right along the dyke, very visible from the path.

I suggest another gate is added to this part of the dike, close to the playground. Twice in one week, there have been cars driving on the bike/pedestrian path by the yacht club which is a major safety risk.

A city development sign for this lot toppled over like 2 years ago and has been lying there ever since despite many city workers being in the area dealing with other tasks on the lot. Could it be setup again or removed? Looks like trash.

Skateboarders have ripped off the wooden bench so they can use the concrete bench underneath. This is right on the dyke.

There should be a vandalism category.

There's been a very loud beeping coming from the pump house for the past few days or whatever the building is next to the silver art piece on the dyke. Noticeable from a distance away. Never heard that before so maybe there is a problem.

Traffic light keeps turning red for Westminster Hwy drivers even though there are no pedestrians or cars causing the light to change.

The traffic light here keeps switching for no reason to red for Westminster Hwy traffic. There is no car or person on elmbridge setting off sensors or pressing buttons.

Please use reference 198369. I'm not sure anything was done with that reference # because the bench and surrounding area looks the same to me. Skateboarders are still using the bench and destroying the plants. If something was done on the above reference #, it is now gone. Thanks for checking.

There is a concrete bench that is being used by skateboarders at this spot. There were metal brackets on the bench to prevent this from happening which they tore off some time ago. The bench is now damaged and all the plants growing there are being destroyed by these skateboarders. The brackets should be replaced in a more permanent manner as skateboarders are interfering with legitimate users on the dyke since they should be using the close skatepark on river road.

The traffic light keeps turning red for Westminster hwy at the Alderbridge intersection for no reason. This happens during the morning hours between 5am and 530 when I drive in that area.
