    This avocado tree on the city's side of a empty lot next to property's fence is dying and has been for 5 years now. The tree is producing less avocados each year and rotten branches fall over on our side and are hollowed out buy insects. There are bare branches and other branches all the leaves are being eaten by some bug that causes holes in leaves its becoming a safety issue to those of us that live next to it when branches fall especially when one big one fell seconds after walking by tree to go to mailbox.

    Sidewalks are raised due to tree roots, city.came out and grinded them down two months ago and left barricade markers on sidewalk, the sidewalks are.still uneven and raised and having the barricades still blocking the sidewalk is hazardous because cyclist and pedestrians just move the barricades out the way and they are close to the road.
