On Sept. 27th just before 11a, a man in a late 90's GMC Sonoma dumped four tires in the driveway, and also appears to have taken a couple items from yard/garage.
Unable to make out front plate and rear plate was covered by tailgate.
Ring doorbell and security camera footage is available as well.

One large pothole just before stop sign at 821 Russell. Second smaller one near ramp for sidewalk.

Homeowner placed orange cone in front of it for now

Pothole in front of 818 Russell St, had been patched within last 2-3 weeks, but has reappeared.

Very overgrown grass and weeds ,blocking sightlines trying to pull out of Russell St, also hard to use sidewalk in front of home.

A maroon/red Chevy Pickup pulls up to the clearing across from the intersection at Russell and Hemingway @10:33am, and dumps a bunch of debris from the rear of the vehicle and then pulls off toward Eastern St @10:35a
It appearts to be the same vehicle I reported dumping the night of 8/25

Woman in a U-Haul truck stopped and tossed couch into area across from Russell and Hemingway Streets. Man in copper colored Acura appears to be helping as well. Two men came back an hour later to move couch further back. Video footage links here:
